What a white-label pen actually is
A sealed cartridge, dosed and factory-filled, inside a dial pen carrying your branding. There is no mixing and no vial: the cartridge is filled and sealed at the facility, and the pen is dialled to dose.
Three ways to run it, and the one you pick changes the lead time more than the price.
- Own-brand reusable pen — your branding on a refillable dial pen, reloaded with cartridges.
- Own-brand single-use pen — your branding, one cartridge, then replaced.
- Cartridge only — you supply the pens, we supply the sealed cartridges.

Minimums and lead time
Fifty units is the floor for a branded pen run. Cartridge lines have a ten-unit minimum each, and 250 units across an order takes 20% off the whole total — the only volume tier there is.
